The project included the new construction of a $27 million, 823,745 SF multi tenant distribution facility in the I-35 Logistics Park. This is one of the 3 buildings totaling approximately 3M SF at the 200 acre development. Currently, this building is the largest building ever built on a speculative basis in Kansas City. This project was completed under budget and 2 months ahead of schedule. We provided Interior painting, Exterior Texture, Exterior Painting, & Exterior Sealing.
